- Detailed breakdown estimates of suggested works

Roof Survey Package 2 - £240 + VAT *Exterior and interior roof*

- Aerial Photography
- Listed Areas of concern
- Detailed breakdown estimates of suggested works
- Internal assessment of timbers and back pointing/felt

Survey package 2 requires loft access through a loft hatch, so please ensure the loft is accessible via loft hatch and safe for the surveyor. Please relay any safety or hazard information. Also we can bring our ladders if required.
