Survey package 2 requires loft access through a loft hatch, so please ensure the loft is accessible via loft hatch and safe for the surveyor. Please relay any safety or hazard information. Also we can bring our ladders if required.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

BOOKING YOUR SURVEY

After you book your survey through our website, we will be in touch to arrange a suitable time for our surveyor to visit and carry out the survey. We will also ask you if you have any questions or special requirements e.g. liasing with an estate agent.

CARRYING OUT THE SURVEY

When our surveyors visit, they will use a drone to get a better picture of the roof and take photos that will be sent to you afterwards. They may discuss any areas of concern with you and investigate further that is needed.

RESULTS

We aim to get your survey results back to you within 5 working days. This includes aerial photography, a condition report and estimates for repairs and/or a new roof. If you have opted for an internal survey, you will also receive a survey of the roof timbers.
