Complaints Procedure

Although complaints are rare, at R&R Projects, we care about what you think. Our complaints procedure is designed to iron out any issues, before they become a problem. 

 

 

How it works 

  1. Complete the form below to advise us of your complaint.

  2. Your submission will be logged and forwarded to our Managing Director. 

  3. Once reviewed, they will contact you to discuss your complaint with a view to finding a resolution.

  4. We will ensure that any issues raised will be dealt with quickly and objectively.
