Complaints Procedure

Welcome to R&R Projects. We value your feedback and are committed to providing excellent service. If you have any concerns or complaints, we encourage you to bring them to our attention so that we can address them promptly and effectively.

Although complaints are rare, at R&R Projects we care about what our customers think. Our complaints procedure is designed to help iron out any issues before they become a problem.

The purpose of this document is to outline the procedure for submitting and handling complaints at R&R Projects.

 

How to Submit a Complaint

1. Contact Information:

 

  • Complaints can be submitted in writing, via email or phone, or through our online form.

  • Please include your contact information.

 

2. Provide Details:

 

  • Clearly state the nature of your complaint.

  • Include relevant details such as dates, names, and any supporting documentation.

 

3. Submission Deadline:

 

  • We encourage complainants to submit their complaints within a reasonable timeframe from the date of the incident.

 

Complaint Handling Process

1. Receipt of Complaint:

 

  • Upon receiving a complaint, an acknowledgment will be sent to the complainant.

 

2. Investigation:

 

  • The complaint will be assigned to the appropriate individual for investigation, likely to be the managing director Daniel Anderson. 

  • The investigation will be completed as soon as possible.

 

3. Resolution:

  • Once the investigation is complete, a resolution will be proposed.

  • The complainant will be notified of the resolution as soon as it has been determined.


 

4. Escalation:

 

  • If the complainant is not satisfied with the initial resolution, a process for escalation will be provided.

 

Feedback and Continuous Improvement

1. Feedback Loop:

 

  • We welcome feedback on our complaint’s procedure.

  • Complainants are encouraged to provide feedback on their experience with the resolution process.

 

2. Continuous Improvement:

 

  • We regularly review the complaints procedure to identify opportunities for improvement.
